Quality

We strive to carry out our operations with the highest quality, transparency, and sustainability standards in order to deliver a reliable energy supply to the Timorese people.

We have designed and defined a framework of goals, requirements, tools, and monitoring systems to ensure that everything we do has the highest standard of quality. This framework is standardized with our business processes, project management, and values to allow for maximum quality.

Health and Safety

Our ability to develop and grow as a company is dependent on our ability to keep our employees, contractors, and those around us safe.

We are committed to our “SAFETY FIRST” philosophy.

The safety and wellbeing of our employees in all of our locations and offices are our number one priority.

We strictly follow the health and safety code of conduct, ISO requirements, Timor-Leste Labor Code Section IV-Occupational Safety, Hygiene & Health, and all international standards. Additionally, we work to align with key international partners that can provide critical know-how and technical expertise to eliminate health and safety risk. We have implemented processes to ensure that any health and safety issues arisen from various TIMOR GAP activities can be appropriately identified, assessed, controlled and monitored.

Environment

Timor-Leste is an island, positioned north of Australia. As an island nation located off of the coast of Indonesia and north of Australia with pristine landscapes, temperature, subtropical, and tropical climates, diverse wildlife, and a wealth of natural resources it is our utmost priority to be sustainable and protect the environment around us. As such before undertaking a new project, thorough Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) are conducted to assess potential impacts on the environment and local communities. EIA have been conducted for all our new projects to ensure they satisfy all legal requirements for Timor-Leste’s Environmental Licensing Framework.
