ANNULMENT OF TENDER
TIMOR GAP, E.P., would like to announce the annulment of the following tender;

The decision was made based on IFB clause 33.1 “The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. In case of annulment, all bids submitted and specifically, bid securing declaration, shall be promptly returned to the Bidders.”
