It is with great honor and enthusiasm that I assume the role of President & CEO of TIMOR GAP, E.P., as I look forward to collaborating and growing together with our stakeholders to shape a brighter tomorrow.

In this next chapter, our aim is to build a bridge between the achievements of past leaderships and the strategic goals of the new. Our focus remains undeterred: to cement robust partnerships within the oil and gas sector, unlocking and magnifying the inherent value of Timor-Leste’s energy resources. In doing so, our ambition is not merely the growth of TIMOR GAP, E.P. but also the flourishing of our cherished nation, Timor-Leste.

Going forward, we will strive to consolidate and expand the company’s portfolio, with focus on our upstream exploration and production activities, both offshore and onshore. The Greater Sunrise negotiations are a priority, and we are firmly committed to bringing them to a successful conclusion and way forward.

Furthermore, under this new leadership, we are determined to pave the way for the implementation of the Tasi Mane Project, a multi-phase integrated project infrastructure comprising three industrial clusters: a Supply Base, Refinery and Petrochemical Industry, and Timor-Leste LNG, located on the south coast of Timor-Leste.

As a young National Oil and Gas Company, our strength lies in our dedicated employees, deeply rooted corporate values, and commitment to the principles of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment. These have set the foundation for our past achievements. As we look towards the future, it is upon this foundation that we will continue to build, ensuring that these enduring efforts serve as the cornerstone for our forthcoming advancements and successes.
