TIMOR GAP is committed to the advancement of our country. We will carry out our operations with the highest quality, transparency, and sustainability standards to ultimately deliver a reliable energy supply to our people. We are headquartered in Dili, the nation’s capital. While our core business is focused on our operations in the upstream space, where we currently hold offshore and onshore Production Sharing Contracts in very prosperous areas, we also hold important assets in the downstream space that will help us achieve energy security and profitability.

As an emerging oil & gas company, we seek to establish strategic alliances with key international partners that can provide critical knowledge and technical expertise in order to fully reach our potential. Case in point, the development of the Tasi Mane Project is a priority for TIMOR GAP to help reshape our country’s energy outlook. Pursuing our vision and mission, we at TIMOR GAP adhere to our core values of providing a safe workplace for our employees and contractors, while taking care of the safety, quality and our environment. We continue to add value to our resources and stakeholders, an atmosphere that has been highlighted and showcased during the difficult and challenging times we currently face currently in our daily life as the global pandemic continues.

Subsidiary Companies

TIMOR GAP has established multiple subsidiary companies, covering our operations within the upstream, downstream, and specific projects, in order to conduct activities in the most efficient and effective way.
