1. The TIMOR GAP E.P. on behalf of Government of Timor Leste is inviting proposals from the interested national consulting firms must be licensed and domiciled in Timor-Leste and establish within the last 3 years for the: CONSTRUCTION        SUPERVISION OF HOLBELIS COMMUNITY HOUSES RESETTLEMENT IN TIMOR-LESTE 

2. Funding for these Services will be made from the TIMOR GAP, E.P. Budget allocation.
3. The Project is Located in Holbelis, Suai, Covalima.
4. The scope of Services covers supervising the construction works in all aspects of quantity, quality, cost, time schedules and all associated construction activities in good manner.
5. The construction Supervision comprises 112 person-months of key experts input over a duration of 18 months of construction and 12 months for defect liability period.
6. The bidding shall be conducted as a two-envelope procedure.
7. Interested Consulting firms may obtain the RFP document directly from: TIMOR GAP, E.P. Procurement Department, CEO & President Unit Level 3, Timor Plaza, Rua Presidente Nicolao Lobato,Comoro, Dili, Timor-Leste Email:  [email protected]

8. Participation in this bidding process is open to all interested National Consultants. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to the qualification requirements detailed in the RFP;

9. The RFP is available free-of-charge to any interested Consultants by collect directly from TIMOR GAP E.P. Office with filled the list of obtained RFP document.
10. The Pre-Proposal meeting is mandatory for all the interested Consultant.
11. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 09:00 AM Timor-Leste local time on 16 February 2024 at the same address specified above and the site visit information to be informed during pre-proposal meeting;
12. The proposals must be received in the Tender Box located at the same address specified above no later than 15:00 Timor-Leste local time on 23^rd February 2024 Late proposals will be rejected;
13. Technical Proposal will be opened on 23^rd February 2024 at 15:00 Timor-Leste local time after the closing time for the submission of the proposals at the same address in the presence of consultants who wish to attend.
14. Any Proposal or its modification received by the Employer after the deadline shall be declared late and rejected, and promptly returned unopened.
