Addendum No.1 TG/VPIU/IFB/023/009

1. The TIMOR GAP E.P. under Ministry of Petroleum Resource and Mineral of Government Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste is inviting interested eligible National company with similar experience, financial capability, and adequate resources construction companies to submit Bids for the; SUAI SUPPLY BASE (SSB) PHYSICAL SURVEY CAMPAIGN – ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
2. The Location of the project is in the Suai, Covalima.
3. Participation in this bidding process is open to all firms.
4. All interested bidders will collect the bid document directly from TIMOR GAP office upon the advertisement.
5. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from:

   TIMOR GAP, E.P.

   Procurement Department, Office of President & CEO

   Level 3, Timor Plaza, Rua Presidente Nicolao Lobato,

6. The Bidding Documents are available free of charge to any interested Bidder.
7. The attendance to Pre-Bid meeting and Site Visit are mandatory for all the interested.

   The pre-bid meeting will be held on:

   Date:  09 January 2024

   Time: 14:30 PM (Timor-Leste time)

   Venue: Conference Room, TIMOR GAP E.P. Main Office CBD1, Level 3, Timor Plaza, Rua Presidente Nicolao Lobato, Dili, Timor-Leste.

   For the site-visit information, the bidder may be informed during the pre-bid meeting.

8. The bids must be received on 31 January 2024 at 1500 PM hours Timor-Leste time at TIMOR GAP Main Office.
9. The Technical Bids will be opened at the same address at 31 January 2024 at 1600 PM hours Timor-Leste time Technical Bids will be opened immediately after submission of bids.
10. The Employer will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with preparation or delivery of the Bids.
