TIMOR GAP PSC TL-SO-22-23 Unip. Lda. and ENI Timor 22-23 B.V. signed JOA for PSC TL-SO-22-23
Perth, Western Australia, 9 June 2026 – TIMOR GAP PSC TL-SO-22-23 Unipessoal, Lda and ENI Timor 22-23 B.V. today marked an important milestone in their Joint Venture partnership through
the signing of the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) for PSC TL-SO-22-23.
The signing ceremony was held at the ENI Australia Ltd office, 5th Floor, 226 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, Western Australia 6000. The event represents a significant step forward in the implementation of the Production Sharing Contract for PSC TL-SO-22-23 and further strengthens the cooperation between TIMOR GAP and ENI in supporting petroleum exploration activities in Timor-Leste.
PSC TL-SO-22-23 is a strategic offshore block located within Timor-Leste’s jurisdiction, with promising exploration potential. Under this partnership, ENI Timor 22-23 B.V. acts as the Operator with an 87.5% participating interest and TIMOR GAP PSC TL-SO-22-23 Unipessoal, Lda participates through the State participation interest of 12.5%, representing Timor-Leste’s national participation in the project.
The JOA establishes the governance and operational framework for joint coordination, decision-making, technical activities, cost management, and exploration implementation.
This signing reflects the shared commitment of TIMOR GAP and ENI to work together with trust, transparency, and partnership to support Timor-Leste’s petroleum development, national capacity building, and future energy security.
